1. Nature of Service
Coco's Cruise Club is a marketing and concierge service. We are not a cruise line or a common carrier. All travel booked through our assistance is provided by third-party vendors and is subject to their specific terms, conditions, and cancellation policies.
2. Membership, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
- Lifetime Founding Membership: This is a one-time payment for the life of the Coco's Cruise Club service.
- Subscription Renewals: If you enroll in a recurring subscription, your membership will automatically renew at the end of the term.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing cocos@cocoscruiseclub.com. To avoid charges for the next cycle, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
- Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on initial purchases. After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable.
3. SMS Service Terms
Coco's Cruise Club sends text messages to communicate with customers for cruise related offerings and to assist them in finding the best options for their itinerary/vacation. When you opt-in to the service, we may send you a message to confirm your signup. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text "HELP" for help. Text "STOP" to cancel.
You can cancel this service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending you messages again.
If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP". After you send the message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Intellectual Property and User Conduct
Copyright: All deal alerts, curated content, and proprietary "vetting" information are the property of Coco's Cruise Club. Unauthorized distribution or "reselling" of our deals is strictly prohibited.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your access, without refund, for conduct we deem harmful to the community, including harassment of staff or fraudulent chargeback attempts.
5. Limitation of Liability and Travel Disclaimer
The Company is not liable for injuries, financial loss, or "Acts of God" occurring during travel. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific deal shown in our newsletters.
6. Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida. You waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
